The amount of time needed to fully train a client or to maintain their books on an ongoing basis varies depending on a client’s needs and goals. MOYB offers a compli­mentary ½ hour phone consul­tation to determine the scope of work and the potential costs involved.

Do you come to my house or office or do you do my bookkeeping remotely?

During the set-up and/or training process, the work is collab­o­rative and is generally performed in a client’s home or office. After the initial period, the work can be performed either on site or remotely depending on the needs and preferences of the client.

With what kinds of businesses does MOYB work?

MOYB works exclu­sively in QB and primarily with small, service-based businesses, independent contractors, and individuals. MOYB does not provide payroll services but will integrate infor­mation from outside payroll services into QB. MOYB does not work with retail businesses or businesses involving inventory tracking.
